Di Bruno Bros. breadsticks

Di Bruno Bros. is expanding its Italian-inspired collection with new products designed for spring and summer entertaining, the company announced April 20. The new items are rolling out now in ShopRite stores and other leading supermarket retailers nationwide.

Founded in 1939 by Italian immigrant brothers Danny and Joe Di Bruno, the company has grown from a grocery store in Philadelphia’s Ninth Street Italian Market into a leader in artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and gourmet provisions.

Today, under the culinary leadership of third-generation grocer and expert cheesemonger Emilio Mignucci, Di Bruno Bros. continues to set the standard for quality, authenticity and innovation in the specialty food industry.

Inside the new lineup

The expanded collection covers four product categories.

  • New artisanal crostini varieties include Prosciutto and Truffle, offering flavorful bases that pair with Di Bruno Bros. cheese spreads and elevate spring charcuterie boards and light bites.
  • Authentic Italian taralli — a staple of Italian hospitality — are now available in Cacio e Pepe, Classico and Amatriciana flavors. The shareable, versatile snacks are designed for grazing tables, outdoor entertaining and pairing with cheeses and cured meats.
  • Italian Mini Chunky Breadsticks come in a new assortment of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olive, Onion and Chili Pepper varieties, intended for snacking, dipping or building out antipasto spreads.
  • The specialty cheese additions include imported Pecorino Romano wedges and Provolone Classico Half Moon.

Mignucci, VP of Di Bruno Bros., said the lineup reflects how consumers entertain today.

“As we head into the warmer months, there will be more opportunities for casual entertaining and shared food experiences,” Mignucci said. “These new products are rooted in Italian tradition but designed for modern hosting — whether it’s building a beautiful grazing board or putting together simple, flavorful snacks to enjoy with family and friends.”

As Di Bruno Bros. continues to expand its presence across the country, the brand remains committed to creating high-quality, bold and authentic Italian flavors.

The company collaborates closely with small-batch cheesemakers and European growers and food artisans to develop unique flavors that elevate everyday meals and special occasions. All products are crafted using non-GMO ingredients with no additives or unnecessary processing.

Looking ahead

From handcrafted cheeses to authentic Italian snacks, Di Bruno Bros. offers a range of specialty items that blend local and global culinary traditions. The brand serves retailers, foodservice operators and customers across the country, and the new lineup positions the company to capture more of the spring and summer entertaining occasion.
