Lidl US will open a new grocery store at 37 Route 303 in Tappan, New York, on Sept. 16, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 7:40 a.m. featuring freshly baked croissants and coffee. Early shoppers will have access to exclusive deals and a first look at specialty items. The store will carry private-label products, imported goods and locally sourced fresh items.
The Tappan location will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The opening continues the discount grocer’s expansion in New York.
