The International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) has opened registration for the 2026 Global Produce & Floral Show, taking place Oct. 14-16 in Orlando, Florida.
The industry’s largest global gathering returns to Orlando for the first time in several years, bringing the global fresh produce and floral supply chain together for three full days of connection, insight, and business growth.
Registration opens as the industry prepares for a key update shaped by member feedback. The Global Show has moved off the weekend to a midweek schedule — a change designed to enhance the attendee experience and maximize value across the full run of the event.
“We heard everyone loud and clear – by moving the Global Show off the weekend to a Wednesday through Friday schedule, we are creating the space for three full, strong days of engagement,” said IFPA CEO Cathy Burns.
“It is my commitment that we will foster an environment for our industry to connect, learn and do business – so every conversation has room to become a lasting partnership.”
Building on 2025 momentum
The momentum coming into Orlando builds on the strong global engagement seen at the 2025 Global Produce & Floral Show, which attracted attendees from more than 50 countries and welcomed more than 3,500 buyers engaging with almost 1,100 exhibiting companies on the expo floor. The 2025 event also marked the largest representation of global retailers in show history, including senior leaders from some of the world’s largest retail organizations and a notable presence of buyers from Asia and Latin America.
That global retail strength is expected to continue in 2026.
“The Global Show has become a critical meeting point for the global retail community,” said Jessica Keller, IFPA’s VP of global industry relations.
“Our Global Operations Team maintains year-round engagement with retailers and buyers across major regions, helping us strengthen international sourcing relationships and deliver greater value to our retail members at the show. Last year, we saw unprecedented engagement from international retailers. Returning to Orlando gives us the opportunity to enhance that growth and deliver even more meaningful connections between buyers, suppliers and solution providers from around the world.”
