Kraft Natural Cheese is introducing Pocket Parm, a miniature version of its grated cheese designed to clip onto a bag, giving fans an early taste of three new flavors ahead of their full-size nationwide debut in January 2027: Tomato Basil Parmesan, Garlic Herb Parmesan and Cheddar.
Each pocket-sized bottle comes with a collectible charm and will be distributed in limited quantities through the end of October in Los Angeles and Orlando, Florida. A custom Kraft Natural Cheese mobile billboard truck rolls through Los Angeles beginning Oct. 13 and Orlando the week of Oct. 26, dispensing the miniature bottles through what the brand calls a larger-than-life, cheese-inspired dispenser.
“Parmesan has always been a staple for pasta, but we think it deserves a lot more real estate on the plate,” said Dhriti Batra, director of Kraft Natural Cheese at Lactalis Heritage Dairy. “With new Tomato Basil and Garlic Herb Parmesan flavors, plus new Grated Cheddar, there are even more ways to add Kraft flavor to everything from pizza and salads to sandwiches and vegetables. Pocket Parm gives fans the first taste of what’s coming next. After all, if you can Parm almost anything, why not take the Parm everywhere?”
In January, the three new varieties join the Kraft grated cheese set nationwide, backed by the social-driven buzz Pocket Parm is designed to generate.
Kraft Natural Cheese, a household name since 1904, is part of the Lactalis portfolio, which licenses the Kraft brand for natural and grated cheeses. Lactalis USA’s brands include Galbani, Président, Breakstone’s, Cracker Barrel cheese, Parmalat, siggi’s, Stonyfield Organic and Yoplait, with about 5,000 U.S. employees and 13 manufacturing facilities in nine states.
