Stop & Shop is rolling out a slate of fall value promotions, including a free cold brew coffee giveaway for National Coffee Day, new value-priced prepared meal solutions and the return of its Dollar Deals program.
The moves continue the Ahold Delhaize USA banner’s value push, following a similar summer promotion that paired a free ice cream giveaway with Dollar Deals.
“At Stop & Shop, we’re staying focused on helping customers find meaningful savings without sacrificing quality, convenience or the seasonal products they love,” said President Roger Wheeler. “Whether it’s free cold brew coffee, an affordable family dinner or Dollar Deals available throughout the store, we’re committed to delivering great values across the store.”
Free cold brew for National Coffee Day
For National Coffee Day, customers who check in at the Savings Station kiosk in any of Stop & Shop’s more than 350 stores Sept. 25-Oct. 1 will automatically receive a digital coupon in their Go Rewards account for a free 48-ounce bottle of Stop & Shop Ready-to-Drink Cold Brew Coffee, no purchase necessary. The offer covers Unsweetened Medium Roast, Dark Roast and Dark Roast Espresso varieties and is limited to one bottle per household, while supplies last. Shoppers without a Go Rewards account can sign up at the kiosk.
New heat-and-eat meal solutions
Stop & Shop is expanding its own-brand prepared foods lineup, led by a new 16-inch Thin Crust Take & Bake Pizza, its largest pizza offering yet, serving four to six people. The pizza comes in Five Cheese and Double Pepperoni varieties at $7.99 each. New quiche and chicken pot pie offerings round out the additions.
The grocer is also running a Rotisserie Chicken Meal Deal: shoppers who buy any two Reser’s sides or deli salads can get a rotisserie chicken or 8-piece dark meat fried chicken for $4.
Dollar Deals return
The retailer’s Dollar Deals promotion returns for four weeks from late September through October, featuring rotating items priced at $1 or less on a variety of products, including fall items, beverages, snacks and household goods.
Stop & Shop operates more than 350 stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey, offering delivery and same-day pickup alongside its Go Rewards loyalty program.
