Natural Grocers has partnered with DoorDash to make on-demand grocery delivery available from all 174 of its stores in 22 states, the Lakewood, Colorado-based natural and organic retailer’s broadest delivery offering to date.

Customers can shop thousands of Natural Grocers products through the DoorDash app for on-demand or scheduled delivery, including the grocer’s 100 percent USDA-certified organic produce, responsibly sourced meats and seafood, dietary supplements, body care and household essentials, at the same “Always Affordable” prices available in stores. A Dasher shops the customer’s requested products from a local store and delivers them to the address provided.

“At Natural Grocers, we’ve spent more than 70 years helping customers access high-quality natural and organic products at affordable prices,” said Raquel Isely, VP of marketing at Natural Grocers. “This partnership with DoorDash gives customers another convenient way to shop our stores while continuing to enjoy the quality standards, value and trusted products that define the Natural Grocers experience.”

Rewards integrated

The grocer’s free {N}power rewards program is integrated into the online shopping experience: members who enter the phone number associated with their account can access eligible {N}power pricing, just as they do in stores. Customers are not required to create an account to place an order.

Nearly every product category available in stores can be browsed through the app, including fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, supplements and body care.

Founded in 1955, Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage sells only USDA-certified organic produce and exclusively pasture-raised, non-confinement dairy products and free-range eggs, with grocery standards that prohibit artificial flavors, preservatives and sweeteners, synthetic colors and hydrogenated oils. The family-operated company’s smaller-store format supports affordable prices, and it provides free science-based nutrition education programs. In fiscal year 2025, the company invested more than $16 million in incremental compensation and discretionary payments for its Crew.
