Walmart has expanded its Walmart+ membership with new in-store benefits at its Photo Center and Money Center, joining existing Auto Care Center perks as the retailer adds more ways for members to save on everyday services.
Walmart+ members now receive 25 free 4×6 photo prints every month, up to 300 prints a year, along with member savings on one eligible Money Center service transaction, including check cashing, money orders, money transfer sends, bill payments or eCash loading, every three months.
The photo benefit taps into an underused resource: the retailer cited a Censuswide survey finding that 70 percent of photos are left buried in device storage and never revisited. To redeem the prints, members order 4×6 photos from their Photo Center and use the barcode on the Walmart+ benefits page in the Walmart app before checkout. For Money Center savings, members share the barcode with an associate at their nearest Walmart Money Center once per quarter.
Auto Care benefits continue
The new perks join Walmart+ Auto Care benefits, which include free repair of qualified flat tires, a $15 value, and a free road hazard warranty for members who purchase new tires with the Value package installation.
The additions build on a membership that includes free delivery on eligible orders, free pharmacy delivery, fuel savings, a choice of video streaming through Peacock or Paramount+, Scan & Go and early access to select deals. The membership also extends to free online pet care, Burger King savings and cash-back opportunities on Walmart+ Travel and through an approved OnePay CashRewards Card.
