The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) will host its annual show June 7-9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. More than 10,000 industry professionals from 40-plus countries are expected to attend IDDBA 2026, with more than 1,000 exhibiting companies on the floor.
This year’s show, themed around inspiring discovery, innovation and connection across dairy, deli, and bakery, introduces several new and enhanced experiences designed to help attendees explore emerging trends, evaluate new products and connect with partners.
What attendees will find
The expo floor in Halls A and B features more than 1,000 exhibitors, including 200 first-time participants showcasing their products in a dedicated New Exhibitor area. Show hours are 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Feature areas include:
- What’s in Store Live – A 1,200-square-foot curated destination on the show floor, brought to life by more than 50 industry experts. It showcases the latest in dairy, deli, and bakery through a mock in-store experience and a high-energy Workshop Stage with expert-led sessions.
- Cake’d – A live cake decorating competition on the expo floor, with top decorators competing in real time.
Education and workshops
IDDBA 2026 delivers an educational program built around real-world challenges facing the B2B community. Workshops run throughout Sunday and Monday, covering category growth, sustainability, consumer behavior, AI applications, and market opportunities.
General sessions and keynote speakers
The general session lineup features a mix of celebrity talent and industry thought leaders:
- Trevor Noah – The Emmy Award-winning comedian, author, and former host of “The Daily Show” brings insight and humor to the stage. He also has served as host of the Grammy Awards for six consecutive years.
- Alton Brown – The renowned cook, author, and filmmaker behind “Good Eats” (a two-time James Beard Award winner) as well as “Iron Chef America” and “Cutthroat Kitchen.”
- Mike Krzyzewski (Coach K) – The former Duke University men’s basketball coach, five-time NCAA champion, and three-time Olympic gold medalist speaks on leadership and team building. He is the author of two New York Times bestsellers, including “The Gold Standard: Building a World‑Class Team.”
- Anne-Marie Roerink – President of 210 Analytics, a leading fresh food retail insights firm, will discuss consumer behavior and actionable data-driven strategies.
IDDBA also hinted at another surprise speaker to be revealed later.
