The Giant Co. has opened its doors May 15 at the remodeled store at 250 West Main St. in Everett, Pennsylvania.
The grocer announced the acquisition of Everett Foodliner in February. The store was temporarily closed to complete minor remodels, install new signage and undertake an overall décor update.

Inside the new store
The Everett Giant operates from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
Saxton customers will find Giant’s signature fresh departments, including a larger, market-feel produce department with added variety of fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, deli with pre-sliced meats and cheese plus deli salads, expanded dairy and bakery featuring self-serve donuts.
New shelving in center store allows for more product variety and categories, and self-checkouts will be available for added customer convenience. Giant Direct is also available, giving customers the opportunity to order their groceries online for easy curbside pick-up.
Investing in the local community
As part of The Giant Co.’s commitment to making a difference in the local communities it serves, the Everett Giant is celebrating its opening with donations to several local organizations.
The recipients include the Everett Food Pantry, Everett Volunteer Fire Company, Everett Police Department, Everett School District and Everett Little League.
