The Fresh Market rewards program mobile app

The Fresh Market has unveiled two major digital enhancements — a revamped loyalty program reintroduced as TFM Rewards and the company’s first native mobile app — as part of the premium grocer’s broader digital experience strategy.

The complementary launches are designed to deliver greater value, personalization and convenience to guests. TFM Rewards offers expanded savings and rewards throughout the store, special in-store events with member perks, five percent savings on curbside orders, enhanced birthday reward options and more personalized offers tailored to individual shopping habits.

“We are always challenging ourselves to do more for our guests,” said Emily Turner, chief marketing officer of The Fresh Market.

“TFM Rewards was redesigned to provide our loyal guests with more value, more personalization and more engagement, making it easier than ever to shop at The Fresh Market. And with our new app, we’re giving both members and guests a more complete experience, with easy access to more deals, special offers and the engaging content that sets us apart.”

The redesigned app serves as a central hub for digital engagement, featuring simplified navigation, expanded savings, curated meal inspiration and seamless access to loyalty benefits. Guests can access their TFM Rewards profile through the app or through The Fresh Market website.

Turner said the digital enhancements build on the strength of the brand’s in-store shopping experience rather than replacing it. “Everything we do begins with our guests and our promise to make everyday eating extraordinary,” she said. “These digital enhancements reflect that promise, helping us serve, support and celebrate our guests in new and thoughtful ways.”

The launch follows a milestone 2025 for the Greensboro, North Carolina-based specialty grocer, which was named the No. 1 Best Grocery Store in the U.S. in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. The Fresh Market swept every major category and earned additional national recognition for customer service and specialty retail excellence. Newsweek also recognized the retailer as the Best Specialty/Natural/Ethnic Grocer for 2025.

The Fresh Market operates more than 170 stores and one Spirits & Wine location across 22 states.
