PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, in Division 20 (Courtroom 6A) at the Johnson County, Kansas District Court, 150 W Santa Fe Street, Olathe, KS 66061, J. Michael Issa, Court-appointed receiver in the case styled Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc. v. HAC, Inc., et al., Case No. JO-2026-CV-002247 will call up his Motion (the “Sale Motion”) which seeks authority to sell substantially all the assets utilized in the business of HAC, Inc., Associated Retail Grocers, Inc., Thunder Beverage Holding Co., LLC, and Thunder Beverage Co., LLC. This sale will be free and clear of all liens, claims, interests, and encumbrances. Your rights may be affected.
