Bashas, Fareway, Grocery Outlet, Raley’s and Super King Markets are among the retailers that began offering “no markups” pricing on their Instacart storefronts this year, as Instacart works with retail partners to lower costs for online grocery customers.

These retailers are now highlighted in the Instacart app with a yellow banner and a dedicated “no markups” tab to make them easier for customers to find. According to Instacart, more than 90 percent of Americans now have access to a grocery parity retailer on its marketplace.

Retailers that offer no-markup pricing on Instacart have grown 10 percentage points faster than retailers charging a markup and have stronger customer retention, according to Instacart’s internal data as of the second quarter of 2026.

“Offering our customers the best possible value has always been at the heart of what we do at Grocery Outlet, and bringing the same prices we offer in-store to Instacart is a natural extension of that commitment,” said Jim Porterfield, chief marketing officer at Grocery Outlet. “As more of our customers shop both online and in our stores, it’s important to us that the value they know and love follows them wherever they choose to shop, whether they’re walking our aisles or getting delivery at their door.”

Instacart also pointed to other ways it is delivering value for customers, from deals and loyalty savings to delivery options and programs that expand access.

Digital flyers bring deals into the shopping experience, and Instacart powers online loyalty experiences with almost all of its top retail partners, bringing loyalty member pricing and promotions into the app.

Instacart accepts SNAP in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and launched a SNAP eligibility tool on its platform. As of the fourth quarter of 2025, the company said it can reach 98 percent of households that use SNAP with grocery delivery.

The company offers fulfillment options including no-rush and next-day delivery and pickup. Instacart+ members get $0 delivery fees on orders as low as $10. Service fees apply, and minimums are $35 for Costco orders and $25 for eligible restaurant orders.

“At Raley’s, we’re committed to delivering value and quality to the communities we serve,” said Zac Wilson, VP of digital commerce at The Raley’s Companies. “Since joining the Instacart Marketplace, we’ve brought a variety of Instacart’s features designed to help customers find value, from incorporating digital flyers to accepting EBT SNAP online, and no-markup pricing is the latest extension of that commitment. Today’s grocery customer moves seamlessly between online and in-store, and we have to meet them at both – with the best pricing, the best deals, and the best experience, wherever they choose to shop.”

Instacart said it has helped customers save more than $3 billion through deals, discounts and loyalty programs, based on marketplace orders from the first quarter of 2023 through the third quarter of 2025. The company said it will continue working with its partners to lower costs, expand access and give customers more ways to save.
