Parker’s Kitchen plans to open a record number of stores in 2027, the Savannah, Georgia-based convenience store and foodservice company said Sept. 22, as it prepared to open its first store in Florida. The opening is slated for Yulee, part of the Jacksonville market.
Parker’s Kitchen builds its stores around freshly prepared Southern-inspired food, with hot bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner, indoor dining and electronic ordering kiosks, competing directly with supermarket deli and prepared foods departments for takeout meal occasions. The company, marking its 50th anniversary, operates 111 stores in South Carolina and Georgia and completes more than 1.2 million transactions weekly.

FL plans, new SC stores
The Yulee store, at 75970 William Burgess Blvd. near the intersection of I-95 and Highway 200, is expected to open in late October. Six Florida sites are expected to be under construction in the first quarter of 2027, and the company’s goal is 12 new Florida stores, including one truck stop, by the end of 2027.
Parker’s Kitchen also opened its first North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, store at 4530 Highway 17 S. in early July, and its first store in the metro Columbia, South Carolina, market, at 1367 N. Lake Drive in Lexington, in early September. The company plans additional stores in both the Grand Strand and Columbia markets.
Menu items include breakfast biscuits, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and hand-breaded, never-frozen, antibiotic-free chicken tenders, alongside fuel, dispensed beverages and convenience items. The company’s Parker’s Rewards loyalty program has 650,000 members.
Founded in Midway, Georgia, in 1976, Parker’s Kitchen employs nearly 2,000 team members and has donated more than $30 million to charitable causes supporting education, hunger relief, healthcare access and veterans.
