Kroger‘s Atlanta Division is bringing the 2026 Kroger Wellness Tour into its stores, with participating locations in Metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia hosting in-store wellness events Fridays from 2-6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. through Sept. 26.

The events show how the national tour, which Kroger relaunched this month with weekend activations and mini-festivals, lands at the division level: customers can sample healthier food options, receive practical nutrition information and ask questions of Kroger Health pharmacists and dietitians while they shop, an approach built on realistic steps rather than overhauls.

“At Kroger Health, we know that eating healthier does not have to mean changing everything at once, or giving up every food you enjoy,” said Chuck Page, RPh, health and wellness leader for Kroger Health’s Atlanta Division. “Our goal is to give customers practical information, introduce them to foods they may want to try and help them find small changes that work in real life.”

At the events, customers can expect samples of healthier options, including dietitian-approved OptUP Picks, foods identified as more nutritious alternatives to similar products, where available; opportunities to talk with Kroger Health experts, including pharmacists and dietitians; practical nutrition resources supporting healthier everyday choices; and information about vaccinations and other Kroger Health services available in stores and online, timely programming as flu season approaches.

Participating locations and event details are listed at kroger.com/f/wellness-tour/schedule, with experts, activities and samples varying by store.

The division-level programming joins a fall wave of pharmacist- and dietitian-led in-store health activations rolling through the industry, as grocers put their in-house health professionals to work converting wellness credibility into store traffic. Kroger Health, the grocer’s healthcare division, serves more than 17 million patients annually through more than 2,200 pharmacies in 35 states and The Little Clinic’s more than 220 in-person locations, with 24,000 practitioners advancing its food-as-medicine approach.
