Joseph’s Classic Market, a family-owned gourmet grocer in South Florida, has launched the Joseph’s Loyalty Program, a customer rewards initiative designed to deepen relationships with shoppers while preserving its hospitality-first experience.
Powered by ECRS’ Catapult unified transaction platform, Joseph’s program was implemented in all four of its stores, giving shoppers a way to earn rewards while providing the grocer with the tools needed to engage them more personally.
Hospitality at the heart
“At Joseph’s, hospitality has always been at the heart of what we do,” the company stated. “The Joseph’s Loyalty Program is another way to say thank you to the families who choose us week after week and to continue strengthening the relationships that have defined our business since day one.
The program allows members to earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, with points redeemable for rewards. Customers can enroll in store using a phone number or online, eliminating friction at checkout and ensuring fast adoption. Members also receive personalized offers and exclusive promotions.
Early adoption, positive feedback
Since launching earlier this year, the loyalty program has seen encouraging early adoption and positive customer feedback, the company said. Shoppers appreciate the opportunity to earn rewards while continuing to enjoy the products and service they trust.
“Joseph’s Classic Market is one of those rare retailers where quality and service are immediately felt the moment you walk through the door,” said James Councill, ECRS’ loyalty business unit manager.
“As a frequent customer myself, I’ve experienced firsthand the care they put into their products and their people. That same commitment made them an ideal partner for launching a loyalty program that truly reflects who they are.”
Founded in 2007 by Joseph Acierno, Joseph’s Classic Market offers premium meats, fresh seafood, prepared foods, bakery items and specialty Italian products. Its stores are located in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach.
