Hannaford Supermarkets is preparing for the Fourth of July, stocking up on summer favorites across its stores in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Vermont.
The retailer estimates it will sell 13 million hot dogs, 600,000 pounds of ground beef, 1.4 million ears of corn, 25,000 bags of kettle chips, 30,000 fresh lobster rolls, and 23,000 gallons of ice cream leading up to the summer holiday.
