DoorDash Kroger SNAP

DoorDash has added SNAP/EBT payment capabilities at nearly 2,700 Kroger Family of Companies stores – including Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, Mariano’s and Ralphs banners – on the DoorDash Marketplace.

With the launch, millions of SNAP-eligible consumers can shop online for groceries, pantry staples and everyday essentials and have them delivered through DoorDash.

Expanding a growing SNAP network

The addition of Kroger expands DoorDash’s network of retailers that accept SNAP/EBT payments online.

Today, more than 4.5 million consumers have added their SNAP cards to the platform, where some 57,000 stores accepted SNAP/EBT payments as of the fourth quarter of 2025.

The expansion also increases access to online grocery delivery for SNAP recipients in urban, suburban and rural communities.

Recent DoorDash research shows SNAP users on the platform are twice as likely to live in food deserts as non-SNAP users, underscoring the role on-demand grocery delivery plays in expanding access.

Bridging gaps in food access

Mike Goldblatt, DoorDash VP of enterprise partnerships, noted that access to affordable food is fundamental.

“This collaboration with Kroger marks an important step forward for SNAP access nationwide,” he said. “Together, we’re helping millions of consumers shop more conveniently for the groceries their households rely on every day.”

Promotional offer

DoorDash is offering no delivery fees on the first order from the Kroger family of brands when consumers pay with an EBT card through June 15.

Other charges, including service fees, taxes and gratuity, still apply. The promotion is not valid for the purchase of alcohol.
