DoorDash grocers

DoorDash is welcoming Brookshire Grocery Co., FreshDirect, Harps Food Stores and Market of Choice to its platform, expanding local and regional selections and addressing increased consumer demand for variety.

“We hear from our consumers all the time that they are always looking for more selection on DoorDash,” said Charles Shoener, head of North America grocery partnerships at DoorDash.

“Bringing these grocers onto the DoorDash Marketplace across New York City, Oregon, the Midwest and the South is a true win-win – we can satisfy more customer demand and drive sales back into the local economy.”

The grocers that are now available include:

  • Brookshire Grocery Co. is a regional, family-owned grocer with more than 220 stores across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma and three distribution centers. The DoorDash partnership is live with the Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, Fresh by Brookshire’s and Spring Market banners, adding more than 200 new stores to the marketplace.
  • FreshDirect is an online retailer delivering groceries since 2002. Based in the Bronx, it serves the New York tri-state area and Philadelphia, with seasonal reach in the Hamptons and Jersey Shore. It sources from farmers and suppliers to offer in-season produce, proteins, local goods and chef-prepared meals.
  • For nearly 100 years, Harps Foods has been a hometown grocery destination, operating 140 stores in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi and Oklahoma.
  • Family-owned and -operated Market of Choice has 12 stores in Oregon. Its stores offer national brands in addition to natural and organic products, supporting Oregon’s farmers, ranchers, fisherfolk and makers.

Building on grocery momentum

The partnerships build on DoorDash’s momentum in on-demand grocery delivery. In 2025, DoorDash became the leading third-party marketplace in U.S. grocery and retail by order volume, based on YipitData’s order count share data.

Third-party data shows that DoorDash has one of the highest shares of new-to-industry consumers across grocery and retail. When consumers try online shopping for routine purchases for the first time, DoorDash is often where they start.

DashPass availability

Brookshire Grocery Company banner stores, FreshDirect, Harps Foods and Market of Choice also will be available on DashPass, DoorDash’s membership program that offers $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees and exclusive benefits on eligible orders from thousands of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores nationwide.
