Epic, the General Mills-owned meat snacks brand, is launching its first line of meat sticks in four varieties: Original Beef, Wagyu Beef, Rotisserie Chicken and Hot Honey Chicken. Epic Sticks are available now on Amazon and at Sprouts Farmers Market, with a nationwide retail rollout planned for 2027.

The launch comes as protein-rich diets drive the category up nearly 12 percent over the past year, according to Circana data cited by the company, with meat snacks riding the trend.

“We knew Epic had to do what we’ve always done and bring something different to the snack aisle,” said Scott Baldwin, VP and business unit director of bars at General Mills. “From the rich taste of Wagyu Beef to the sweet-and-savory combination of Hot Honey Chicken, we wanted to bring some of the delicious, on-trend flavors people already love to a convenient meat-stick format made for wherever your day takes you.”

The sticks contain up to 10 grams of protein each and are made with 100 percent grass-fed beef or free-range chicken. All four varieties are gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo-friendly, made without antibiotics or added hormones:

  • Original Beef: 100 percent grass-fed beef with simple seasonings and no added sugar; 8 grams of protein, 110 calories per stick
  • Wagyu Beef: American Wagyu beef with a touch of real honey; 7 grams of protein, 100 calories
  • Rotisserie Chicken: Free-range chicken with no added sugar; 10 grams of protein, 100 calories
  • Hot Honey Chicken: Free-range chicken with real honey and spices; 8 grams of protein, 90 calories

The sticks are sold in single units and multipacks.

Minneapolis-based General Mills, whose portfolio includes Cheerios, Nature Valley, Blue Buffalo, Pillsbury and Betty Crocker, generated fiscal 2026 net sales of $18 billion.
