Wegmans Food Markets is again offering an own-brand cereal featuring Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen that will benefit a children’s hospital.

This year’s version is Josh Allen Crunch Time, a cocoa corn cereal under the Wegmans brand. The product will be on shelves for a limited time, with $1 from every box going to Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. It will be available at stores in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, New York’s Southern Tier and Erie, Pennsylvania.

The Buffalo Bills quarterback has family ties to Golisano. He played a role in the founding of the Patricia Allen Fund, named for his mother, that benefits the critical care teams at Golisano.

The grocer also offered a cereal featuring the quarterback last year. Josh Allen MVP Puffs sold through the 2025 Bills season, benefiting Oishei Children’s Hospital.

Rochester, New York-based Wegmans operates 114 stores along the East Coast. The 110-year-old family company has been named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For for 29 consecutive years, ranking fifth in 2026.
