ECRS has begun a Retail Success Story Contest that gives retailers in its CATAPULT community an opportunity to showcase how they have used ECRS technology to drive results.
The contest is open to all ECRS customers with a current support contract, with submissions due by May 31. The winning retailer will be announced June 17 on the Ignite website and social media channels.
The company wants retailers to share how its technology has helped them improve operations, enhance the customer experience and grow their bottom line. Submissions should include the story behind the success and the impact it has had on the business.
To enter, retailers must write a clear story explaining how they use ECRS technology in their store, including specific examples and outcomes whenever possible. Entries should be a written narrative of 800 to 1,500 words detailing intelligent and creative use of ECRS technology.
Submissions must be emailed to [email protected] by May 31 with the store name and contact information included.
Grand prize
The winning retailer will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the Ignite Retail Success Conference for up to four team members.
The prize package includes CATAPULT Community Passes for the team, a $2,000 travel credit applied to the winner’s ECRS account and hotel accommodations at the conference hotel from Sunday through Wednesday. Specifically, ECRS will cover up to four hotel rooms from Aug. 2-5 during the conference.
Why retailers should enter
ECRS said participation gives retailers a chance to gain recognition for their innovative use of the company’s technology, inspire other retailers with their success story and connect with peers and industry leaders at Ignite.
The company pointed retailers to existing case studies for inspiration, including Adams Fairacre Farms’ work on electronic shelf labels, B-Alive’s transition to e-commerce through CATAPULT WebCart and Marczyk Fine Foods’ integration of reciProfity with CATAPULT.
Selection and terms
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges, and the winner will be notified via email.
By entering the contest, participants grant ECRS the right to use their submitted stories, logo and associated content for promotional purposes. ECRS is not responsible for any travel disruptions or additional costs incurred beyond the provided credit, hotel accommodations and conference passes.
