The Kroger Co. announced it has received a Platinum rating in a workforce analysis by the Burning Glass Institute and the Schultz Family Foundation, highlighting companies creating pathways for career growth, mobility and long-term opportunity.
The analysis evaluated the career progression of more than 12 million workers across about 1,750 U.S. employers to identify companies where employees can build long-term careers.
Tim Massa, EVP and chief associate experience officer for The Kroger Co., said the recognition is a reflection of how the company supports its workforce.
