Community Coffee, a family-owned retail coffee brand, has appointed Kristi Crump as SVP of brand, retail and e-commerce and chief commercial officer.
In this expanded role, Crump will lead the brand’s commercial strategy. She will bring together consumer insights, digital growth and product innovation. Her goal is to continue expanding Community Coffee’s presence in homes and retail across the country.
Crump joined Community Coffee in March 2025 as senior director of e-commerce. She helped grow the brand’s digital business and strengthened its connection with online shoppers.
In her new role, Crump will oversee brand and innovation. She will also oversee digital marketing, corporate communications and partnerships. Her focus is continuing to grow Community Coffee across retail, ecommerce and national channels.
“Since joining us in 2025, Kristi has established herself as a transformative leader,” said Tom Corley, president and CEO.
“She understands both the heritage of our brand and the opportunities ahead. As part of a leadership team that includes several accomplished female leaders, Kristi will help drive our strategy as we continue expanding Community Coffee into new markets and channels.”
Crump brings more than two decades of experience building brands and driving market share for global giants. Before joining Community Coffee, she held senior leadership roles at TikTok. She was key to the platform’s commercial expansion there.
She spent more than a decade at Amazon, leading e-commerce innovation and category management. Her career also includes tenures at Philips Consumer Lifestyle.
