The Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) has shared its 2026 Board of Directors and Executive Committee on April 20, led by Chairperson Mark Cheney of Upstate Niagara Cooperative Inc.
Cheney will serve a one-year term as chairperson. The newly elected slate was presented by PLMA’s Nominating Committee, John Galioto of Trinidad Benham Corporation and Alissa Lodahl of Masters Gallery Foods Inc., during PLMA’s Annual Meeting and Leadership Conference held April 15-17 in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Joining Cheney on the executive committee are First Vice Chairperson Anthony Biggers of Simmons Pet Food Inc. and Second Vice Chairperson Lauren McNamara of SunOpta Inc.
PLMA also announced new and continuing members of its Board of Directors.
Serving the 2026-27 term is Sarah York of Huhtamaki Inc.
Serving the 2026-29 term are Derek Dafoe of Sofidel America Corp., Brian Mangan of Refresco Beverages, Otto Nudding of Monarca Snacks, Jennifer Rozzelle of FedUp Foods P.B.C. and Joe Super of Shearer’s Foods LLC.
Peggy Davies, PLMA president, said the new leadership group brings significant industry experience to the association’s mission.
“Our new Chairperson and this accomplished group of Board members bring a depth of industry experience that will continue to advance PLMA’s mission of strengthening connections and collaboration while driving resilience, innovation, development, growth, and excellence across the private label industry,” Davies said.
