Associated Supermarket Group (ASG) held a ribbon cutting March 13 at 344 Avenue X in Brooklyn, marking the opening of a new store in the borough’s 11223 neighborhood.
The store carries fresh produce, meats, dairy, frozen foods and everyday essentials alongside an expanded international products section, freshly-baked goods and prepared foods.
A growing organic and health-focused assortment rounds out the offering, designed to serve the diverse needs of the surrounding neighborhood.
ASG said the Avenue X store reflects a refreshed store format aimed at delivering a more modern, community-centered shopping experience for residents.
Associated Supermarket Group operates a network of independently-owned supermarkets primarily across the New York metropolitan area, providing retail services, merchandising support and supply chain infrastructure to its member stores.
