The Human Rights Campaign Foundation has released its 2025 Corporate Equality Index list, honoring several grocers and brands with the Equality 100 Award.
The HRCF Corporate Equality Index is a benchmark survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The Corporate Equality Index rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
The Equality 100 Award represents businesses’ commitment to creating more equal and inclusive workplaces. Since its introduction with the Corporate Equality Index 2023-24 survey, companies have worked hard to earn this recognition. The HRC recognized 765 businesses that met all the criteria to earn a score of 100 and earn the designation of a 2025 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.”
