Stater Bros. Markets has announced the grand reopening of its remodeled supermarket at 8640 Alondra Blvd. in Paramount, California.
The store exterior has been modernized with a new façade, and renovations were made to the interior to match the level of the chain’s newer stores. Shoppers will notice new décor, flooring and checkstands upon entering.
The remodeled store offers food solutions including fresh sushi created in store by trained sushi chefs, fresh-cut fruit from a new fruit-cutting station and a burrito bar. The store also has added agua fresca and boba offerings.
“We are pleased to bring the community of Paramount a completely upgraded shopping experience,” said Greg McNiff, CEO and president. “Nearly everything that customers can see has been replaced or upgraded. This remodel represents our commitment to the people who live here and our gratitude for their loyalty.”
The store’s grand reopening celebration begins July 15. During the celebration, customers will have an opportunity to win free groceries for a year.
In addition, Stater Bros. Charities will donate a total of $12,500 to local nonprofit organizations, with the following organizations receiving $2,500 each:
- Paramount Care Foundation – Project Hope Food Bank;
- Bayfront Youth & Family Services;
- Paramount Education Partnership;
- Children’s Dental Health Clinic; and
- Paramount Fire Station 31.
