H-E-B Euless

H-E-B has opened its 12th H-E-B store in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Located at 2105 Rio Grande Blvd. in Euless, Texas, it features the company’s 50th True Texas barbecue restaurant.

The 126,000-square-foot Mid-Cities site joins 11 other H-E-B stores and three Joe V’s Smart Shop locations the retailer has opened in the area since 2022. It also operates six Central Market locations in North Texas.

“We’re thrilled to join this vibrant community, strengthening our presence in the DFW region,” said Juan-Carlos Rück, H-E-B’s EVP of North West food/drug operations and real estate.

Store amenities

The Mid-Cities store also features a:

  • Full-service H-E-B pharmacy with drive-thru;
  • Fuel station with car wash; and
  • H-E-B curbside and home delivery services with a large curbside parking area.

The store design emphasizes environmental sustainability, incorporating several energy-efficient inclusions such as CO2 refrigeration units and LED lighting.

Department highlights

Additional store highlights include:

  • Bakery – Handmade artisan breads, cakes and warm tortillas made in store daily;
  • Deli – Expansive cheese selection and charcuterie island;
  • Sushiya – Handmade sushi selections made in-store daily and an Asian grill with rice bowls and teriyaki;
  • H-E-B Meal Simple – Fresh, chef-inspired meals prepared in store;
  • Cooking connection – Live demonstrations and samplings for easy recipes to make at home;
  • Produce – Large organic and Texas-grown selections;
  • Meat market – Prime, natural, and organic meats, Wagyu and fully-cooked options;
  • Blooms floral – Online ordering and delivery service;
  • Beer and wine – Extensive craft beer and wine section with a sampling station;
  • Healthy living – Bulk food items, sports nutrition products and supplements;
  • Beauty – Wide selection of cosmetics and beauty essentials;
  • Pet – Heritage Ranch by H-E-B pet food, toys and treats; and
  • Household essentials – Seasonal tableware and Texas Tough brand storage bags.

Savings programs

Customers can get additional savings by shopping with the H-E-B Debit Card and H-E-B Credit Card, which gives 5 percent cash back on qualifying H-E-B brand products as well as other perks and benefits.

Community donations

Through its Spirit of Giving philosophy, H-E-B commemorated the store’s grand opening with donations totaling 40,000 to the following local nonprofits:

  • Special Connections – Provides adaptive bike rides for families in the special needs community.
  • ArtsNET – Provides art experiences across Northeast Tarrant County.
  • Community Enrichment Center – Operates a food pantry and provides wraparound services to Tarrant County families in need.
  • Friends of the Hurst Public Library

DFW expansion footprint

Across the DFW Metroplex, H-E-B has opened stores in Allen, Alliance, Forney, Frisco (two), Mansfield, McKinney, Melissa, Plano, Prosper and Rockwall.

In addition, it has announced plans for stores in Carrollton, Denton, Irving, Murphy and Walsh Ranch.

Last year, the retailer also bought land at Hillcrest Road and LBJ Freeway in Dallas, a site being considered for the company’s first H-E-B store in the city.
