Protein choices include No Antibiotics Ever chicken, 100 percent grass-fed beef and sustainably-sourced seafood as well as vegetarian and vegan offerings.

For those looking for lunch options, Sprouts stores offer $5 Sushi Wednesdays featuring a special item that day, but fresh sushi is rolled daily in-store.

For a similar price point, Sprouts’ Deli features build-your-own and grab-and-go sandwiches starting at $4.99. They’re made with Sprouts Brand Deli Meats that are free from preservatives, nitrates and sliced daily. The Deli also offers convenient ready-to-eat meals and heat-and-eat prepared foods.

Additional choices include Sprouts Wellness Bowls, made daily in-store and featuring a protein component, selling for $8.99.
