Food Lion is recognizing a record number of more than 400 employees who are celebrating 30 to 45 years of service in 2026.
They were celebrated April 30 during Food Lion’s annual Service Awards ceremony, where the company expresses its appreciation for those reaching major career milestones.
Decades of dedication
Each of the employees marking 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service was recognized during the ceremony.
Collectively, this year’s honorees represent more than 14,000 years of service.
“I am incredibly proud to celebrate these associates and the remarkable commitment they’ve shown throughout their careers,” said Food Lion President Greg Finchum.
“Every day, our associates strengthen the emotional connection we have with our neighbors in the towns and cities we serve. Because of them, customers choose Food Lion to nourish their families.
