BJ's Wholesale Club updated logo

BJ’s Wholesale Club will open its Fort Worth location May 8, marking another step in the company’s ongoing expansion into Texas.

Located at 7241 Harris Parkway, the Fort Worth club is the latest BJ’s to open in the state. The on-site BJ’s Gas station, which opened on April 23, offers everyday low fuel prices and potential extra savings through BJ’s Fuel Saver Program.

BJ’s offers value for consumers on everyday essentials in a convenient one-stop shop. Members save on fresh foods, produce, full-service deli items, fresh bakery goods, household essentials, home décor, pet supplies, toys, consumer electronics and more.

BJ’s members love the true treasure-hunt shopping experience, discovering new and exciting items with each visit.

Kayron Perkins, club manager of the Fort Worth BJ’s Wholesale Club, said the new club is positioned to deliver value to local families.

“We’re excited to deliver unbeatable value to families in Fort Worth,” Perkins said. “Our members are going to love the convenience BJ’s offers while saving up to 25 percent off grocery store prices every day.”

Supporting the Tarrant Area Food Bank

BJ’s has a long commitment to nourishing its communities. For more than 15 years, it has worked with Feeding America and its network of food banks, providing more than 165 million meals for those in need.

In Fort Worth, BJ’s is partnering with Tarrant Area Food Bank by regularly donating produce, meat, dairy products and more to support the community.

Julie Butner, president and CEO at Tarrant Area Food Bank, said the partnership will help advance the food bank’s mission.

“We’re thrilled to welcome BJ’s Wholesale Club as a partner and are thankful for their support,” Butner said. “We look forward to working with BJ’s as we alleviate hunger and improve health in our communities.”

Investing in local schools

In addition to the food bank partnership, BJ’s has awarded two grants to support students in the Crowley Independent School District.

A $100,000 grant to Tarrant Area Food Bank will establish two school markets in Crowley ISD middle schools, where students can access perishable and nonperishable food for their families. A second donation of $20,000, made to Crowley ISD, will fund hygiene supplies for students in need.

Time-saving member options

BJ’s members can choose from several time-saving options, whether shopping online or in-club.

Curbside pickup, in-club pickup, same-day delivery and shipping are available on BJs.com. Members shopping in-club can use ExpressPay through the BJ’s mobile app to scan products as they shop and skip the checkout line.

Additional member perks include up to 25 percent off grocery store prices every day, a risk-free membership backed by a 100 percent money-back guarantee, the ability to combine BJ’s coupons with many manufacturers’ coupons and savings at any BJ’s Gas station through the BJ’s Fuel Savers Program.
