Allegiance Retail Services (ARS) will open a new small format grocery banner, Pathmark Daily, on May 1 at 625 Merrick Ave. in East Meadow, New York.
Pathmark Daily aims to deliver convenience, quality and value to shoppers through an assortment of fresh foods and grocery essentials – including produce, meats, seafood and everyday staples.
The stores will feature Best Yet store brands, weekly sales items, in-store specials and a loyalty savings program to help customers with their grocery budgets.
“Pathmark Daily answers the need of consumers who want a fast, hassle-free shopping experience emphasizing strong value and quality,” said Joseph Fantozzi, chief operating officer and president of ARS.
“Our customers rely on Pathmark for savings, and Pathmark Daily will continue that promise by offering Best Yet products, weekly promotions and a meaningful rewards program, with neighborhoods in mind.”
First co-op member opens East Meadow store
Mike Said is the first Allegiance Retail Services co-op member to open a Pathmark Daily store. A grand-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for May 1.
“Bringing Pathmark Daily to our neighborhoods answers the needs of our shoppers,” he said. “It makes their lives easier by offering a quick, convenient shopping experience without sacrificing value, quality or savings.
“We are proud to be a trusted community partner by providing competitive weekly sales, specials and Pathmark’s robust loyalty savings program in a smaller concept store designed for today’s modern lifestyle.”
