Hy-Vee Inc. is transitioning all of its in-store restaurants to Hy-Vee Market Grille locations, with new menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beginning Feb. 4, all Hy-Vee restaurants will feature the new breakfast offerings. The new menus for lunch and dinner will roll out throughout February.

The transition will happen in phases, after which Hy-Vee will have 221 Market Grille and Market Grille Express locations across the Midwest.

The changes will bring back popular items like Hy-Vee Market Grille burgers and BLT, club and pork tenderloin sandwiches, while still offering popular items like wings and wontons.

Hash browns are also returning for breakfast.

Other traditional breakfast items will include omelets, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast and a breakfast burrito. Hy-Vee designed the menus to offer a wider variety of choices.

All Market Grille locations will offer dine-in and carry-out service, as well as third-party delivery. Most will have counter service, where customers place orders and staff bring them out to their tables.

Hy-Vee is an employee-owned corporation operating more than 570 business units across nine Midwestern states with sales of more than $13 billion annually and more than 75,000 employees. Hy-Vee was recently named the No. 1 grocery store in America by USA TODAY.
