In the United States, Boddy established a new sales structure and appointed a general manager to accelerate growth. Under her leadership, the U.S. business achieved more than 18 percent sales growth in 2025, securing major listings with Sam's Club, H-E-B and WinCo, while also winning the brand's first-ever Publix listing for 2026. These results were achieved despite tariff pressures, market volatility and a declining bakery category, supported by the launch of the brand's first above-the-line campaign, "Eat Avec Respect."
Boddy also expanded the brand's international footprint, guiding a newly established team to launch in multiple new markets, with one territory delivering 291 percent of budget.
Alongside commercial success, Boddy strengthened company culture and purpose. Employee engagement rose to 83 percent in the annual survey, with significant gains in integrity, communication and development. She also embedded CSR into the business plan, with the team exceeding volunteering targets and delivering 121 days supporting community initiatives.
Through strategic leadership, commercial expertise and a deep commitment to people and purpose, Boddy continues to drive sustainable growth and position St Pierre for long-term success.

Founder and CEO, Frey Farms

Headquartered in South Florida and spanning seven states, Frey Farms is a leading U.S. grower, shipper and marketer of fresh fruits and vegetables. It is perhaps best known as America's largest producer of fresh watermelons and pumpkins.
As a teenager, Frey expanded her mother's summer produce delivery route from 12 independent grocery stores to more than 150, saving her family's struggling small farm. At age 19, her negotiations with Wal-Mart secured fresh produce contracts and were a turning point that led to expansive growth into national retail. Her business negotiation strategies became the subject of a Harvard Business case study.
Frey's four older brothers returned to the farm and joined her in growing the business. Today, the family feeds America 200 million servings of fresh produce a year.
Frey serves on the board of FMI -- The Food Industry Association. As one of the most influential women in agriculture, she also serves in bipartisan ag advisory roles for multiple members of the U.S. Congress.
Frey is a skilled and persuasive communicator who has provided congressional testimony on key issues affecting the U.S. food supply, including the ag guest worker program reform.
