Aloha, maker of plant-based protein products, has a newly reformulated protein powder along with a substantial increase in national retail availability. The reformulated protein powder comes in Chocolate, Vanilla and Banana varieties and now contains MCT oil, which is linked to energy, gut health, enhanced mood and performance, says Aloha.
“At Aloha, we are always innovating to ensure that the plant-based protein we create is utterly and totally best-in-class,” said CEO Brad Charron. “As we kick off 2019 with a significantly expanded retail footprint, we’re excited to reveal our updated protein powders, which now contain keto-friendly MCT oil, keeping to the core of what Aloha does best—offer organic, affordable, accessible, plant-based food that never forces a consumer to sacrifice taste for nutritional benefit.”
As with all of the company’s products, the reformulated protein powders are USDA Certified Organic, vegan, non-GMO and free of stevia, soy, gluten, dairy and artificial ingredients. Each serving of the protein powder contains 18 grams of protein.
Additionally, Aloha products, including the reformulated protein powders and the brand’s protein bars, are now available at several retail chains across the country, including Wegmans, H-E-B, Harris Teeter, Kroger, Sprouts, Hy-Vee, CVS, Target, Meijer, Shaws, Rite Aid, Stop & Shop and Giant.
“We’re increasingly seeing our customers seeking out products that are healthy and delicious, and overall, vegan products with clean labels are continuing to grow in popularity,” said Matthew Gagnon, health category manager at Harris Teeter. “We’re excited to be offering Aloha protein bars and powders to meet the evolving needs of our shoppers.”
The company’s mission is to make healthy living simple and accessible to everyone through clean, organic, plant-based food.
