Global Partners LP of Waltham, Massachusetts, is working with NRC Realty & Capital Advisors to sell 86 convenience stores with gasoline in the Northeast. Of the 86 sites, 28 are located in Connecticut, 22 in Massachusetts, 12 in New York, eight each in Maine and New Hampshire, five in Rhode Island and three in Maryland. The deadline to submit a bid for these 86 stores is June 21.
Global recently expanded into western Massachusetts through long-term leases with Pittsfield, Massachusetts-based O’Connell Oil Associates. The 22 stations are located in the Springfield-Pittsfield area and branded under Convenience Plus banners. These stations sell Mobil or Shell gasoline. Global Partners also has entered into fuel supply-only contracts with three other O’Connell locations in western Massachusetts.
Global Partners is one of the largest independent owners, suppliers and operators of gas stations and convenience stores and previously purchased Xtramart.
pittsburgh is not in western mass, but Pittsfield is!
Thanks, Dave. Our mistake. We’ve corrected the story.
