Her financial governance efforts delivered tangible results. She enhanced the monthly No Pay Report process and launched a PowerBI dashboard that helped recover more than $1 million in 120 days. She also led a refined monthly financial management process with sales and operations finance, improving forecasting accuracy, ownership and KPI visibility across multiple channels.
Across all initiatives, Keyes is focused on sustainable change and stronger performance outcomes.
