Market of Choice will open its 12th store on May 22 at 3515 SE Cornelius Pass Road in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Located near Tualatin Valley Highway, the 35,000-square-foot store will bring about 150 jobs to the community while offering a diverse selection of conventional, natural and specialty products.
Market of Choice features a variety of items throughout, including:
- Meat and seafood department – featuring regeneratively-raised beef and sustainably-harvested seafood, ensuring quality and environmental responsibility;
- Cheese department – offering a curated selection of local and international cheeses, including expertly crafted artisan varieties;
- Bakery department – highlighting scratch-made cakes, cookies and other treats, all made fresh in-house; and
- Market Kitchen – making a wide selection of freshly-prepared dishes from comfort foods to healthy, plant-based options.
Market of Choice customers will find gathering spaces inside, including a beer and wine bar with local favorites.
