St Pierre returned once again to IDDBA June 9-11 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, “transporting guests to a corner of Paris where the brand has its roots.”
This year, the St Pierre team sampled its brioche products for attendees and introduced its new products in the form of traditional Liege waffles with new flavors. The company also brought back its Parisian cafe stand, complete with street lamps, metro signs and cobbled streets.
In addition to attending the show, St Pierre hosted the VIP area of the Monday night party which took place from 5:30-8 p.m. on June 10, celebrating 60 years of IDDBA in St Pierre style. The other food trucks were sponsored by Carlo’s Bake Shop, Cooper Brand, Clyde’s Donuts, King’s Hawaiian, Panasonic Foodservice Equipment and Pretzelized Snacks.
