Baltimore, Maryland-based Phillips Foods has added three new products to its seafood appetizer line.
Shrimp Potstickers feature a mix of shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage and glass noodles wrapped in a wheat pastry wrapper. Each bite is flavored with herbs and spices including coriander, ginger, sesame and garlic for an Asian-inspired flavor. Each potsticker is formed by hand and is free from artificial flavorings, colorings, sweeteners and preservatives.
Flash-frozen to lock in the flavor, the potstickers are available in 12 12.8-ounce boxes per case. The potstickers carry a two-year frozen shelf life from the date of production.
Clam Oreganata Flatbread is an update on the Italian appetizer, with wild-harvested sea clams in a base of cream cheese and sour cream on a flatbread. Phillips Foods seasons the product with oregano, garlic and parsley and add portions of parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses for an Italian flavor.
Sriracha Shrimp Flatbread has a blend of spicy sriracha sauce and honey. Each flatbread contains shrimp in a blend of sour cream and parmesan, monterey jack and cream cheeses.
Flash-frozen, Phillips’ new flatbreads are available in 12 individually-portioned flatbreads per case, and bake from frozen in under 20 minutes. They carry a two-year frozen shelf life from the date of production and are made in Phillips’ production facility in Baltimore, Maryland.
