Allegiance Retail Services of Iselin, New Jersey, has promoted Daniel Dinkowitz to senior director of sales and merchandising, Samer Rahman to senior director of meat and seafood, and Vic Savanello to senior director of produce and floral.
Dinkowitz manages the Allegiance field merchandisers and reset coordinators, resulting in increased store sales and customer count. His additional responsibilities will include planning and building compelling sales and promotional programs.
Allegiance says Rahman’s record of success in merchandising, efficient promotion and overall sales has been vitally important to the company. He also was responsible for the launch of the Rancher’s Legend Premium Angus Beef line and the Green Way Antibiotic Chicken program, which are exclusive to Allegiance stores.
Allegiance says Savanello has made significant contributions to department operations, sales and revenue.
“Vic is not only a valuable asset to the Allegiance team, he is also a valuable asset as president of the Eastern Produce Council,” said John Derderian, president and COO of Allegiance Retail Services. “The organizational changes will enhance our current merchandising operations. All three of these professionals are experts in their field and each share a desire to win at retail every day. I congratulate Dan, Samer and Vic on their well-deserved promotions.”
