Associates of Fry’s Food Stores and Smith’s Food and Drug in Arizona have ratified a new labor agreement with United Food and Commercial Workers Local 99.
“Fry’s is pleased to reach an agreement that is good for our associates. The agreement offers our associates a competitive compensation package,” said Fry’s President Steve McKinney. “This agreement comes after thoughtful and productive work by company and union representatives. I want to thank our associates for supporting the agreement and for the excellent service they provide to our customers every day.”
The contracts cover about 14,500 associates working in 120 stores throughout Arizona and Smith’s associates working in Kingman, Bullhead City, Ft. Mohave and Lake Havasu.
