The Independent Grocers Alliance (IGA) has partnered with SHOPtoCOOK to bring its full suite of customer engagement tools directly to IGA member stores.
SHOPtoCOOK is an independent-focused provider of customized websites, mobile experiences and accessible in-store interactive media integrated to the top loyalty/digital coupon programs and designed for today’s shoppers.
A highlight of the partnership will grant IGA member stores access to the SHOPtoCOOK kiosk, which facilitates easy-to-use, in-store accessibility to a retailer’s digital media platform.
Shoppers can use the kiosk to enroll in a retailer’s loyalty program, check rewards balances, clip digital coupons, print additional offers and browse a library of more than 6,000 kitchen tested recipes available for print and text.
“Independent grocers are the heartbeat of their communities, and we want to give them every competitive edge,” said IGA VP of Brand Development Michael La Kier. “SHOPtoCOOK delivers an easy-to-use in-store retail media platform that meets today’s shopper expectations and helps local stores grow their digital presence.”
SHOPtoCOOK President and CEO John Thompson said the company is excited to partner with IGA and its retailer members.
“SHOPtoCOOK’s interactive digital media platform is uniquely positioned to help independent grocers succeed, and we are looking forward to helping more IGA retailers win in the digital space,” Thompson said.
As part of this partnership, IGA members will have access to exclusive pricing, hands-on onboarding and marketing support from SHOPtoCOOK’s retail experts.
