The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association opened IDDBA 2025 on June 1 in New Orleans, showcasing the latest information, trends and products in the dairy, deli and bakery industries.
Early indications are the show, which runs through June 3 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, will set records.
More than 1,000 exhibitors – including 250 first-time participants – are taking part. Representing top food manufacturers, wholesalers and service providers from around the world, the exhibitors are sharing their stories with retail grocery, convenience stores and foodservice groups.
Whitney Atkins, VP of marketing and membership for Madison, Wisconsin-based IDDBA, noted that the association and New Orleans share a love for food and memories.

“We are ecstatic to bring IDDBA’s premier industry event to New Orleans … a city rich in culinary heritage and known for providing unforgettable experiences,” she said.
“In IDDBA’s 61-year history, the association has supported its members by hosting this event, which cultivates buying and selling opportunities over three days.”
Each day of the show starts with general sessions featuring industry leaders and celebrity guests. Among the first day’s speakers were NFL Hall of Famer Michael Strahan and celebrity chef Carla Hall.
As attendees arrive, they can peruse cases highlighting hundreds of items in the New Product Showcase. On the show floor, they can walk through the What’s In Store Live interactive experience, which includes the latest trends, innovations and technologies.
