Harris Teeter has been recognized on USA Today’s list of “America’s Best Customer Service” for 2025.

In partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, USA Today surveyed more than 67,000 customers to evaluate businesses on their customer service.
The survey focused on friendliness and appreciation of customers, professional competence, customer service, availability and accessibility, solution speed, solution orientation and transparency and reliability.
