Harris Teeter has been recognized on USA TODAY’s list of “America’s Best Customer Service” for 2025.

In partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, USA TODAY surveyed more than 67,000 customers to evaluate businesses, such as Harris Teeter, on their customer service. The survey focused on friendliness and appreciation of customers, professional competence, customer service, availability and accessibility, solution speed, solution orientation and transparency and reliability.
Across more than 250 stores and 70 fuel centers in seven states and the District of Columbia, Harris Teeter offers high-quality products, ingredients and prepared foods. Through Harris Teeter’s VIC card program, customers have access to discounts, special offers and fuel rewards.
