Kraft Foods has settled a lawsuit that it filed against Land O’Frost in the federal district court in Wisconsin for patent infringement of Kraft’s U.S. Patent No. 7,172,779, which covered a pre-sliced cold cuts package sold in grocery stores. The terms of the settlement reached by the parties will remain confidential, according to Kraft.
