Rainforest Distribution Corp., a food and beverage distributor based on the East Coast, has opened a distribution center in Fort Pierce, Florida. The 62,817-square-foot facility features ambient, refrigerated and frozen temperature zones.
Located at 3800 Crossroads Parkway within the Interstate Commerce Center, the site provides access to 37 percent of Florida’s population within two hours and 92 percent within four hours, according to the company. Rainforest serves independent retailers, regional grocers and national chains.
“This facility’s best-in-class location, combined with its full temperature capabilities spanning ambient, refrigerated, and frozen zones, positions us to deliver the high-touch, customized distribution solutions our partners rely on,” said Alexandre Reis, president and COO of Rainforest Distribution Corp.
Growing Network
The Fort Pierce facility adds to Rainforest’s network of distribution centers operating across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and Massachusetts. The company established an initial presence at the Fort Pierce location in early 2025 and has now transitioned to full-scale permanent operations.
The company says the facility handles its full product range across ambient, refrigerated and frozen formats. Rainforest specializes in perishables and emerging brands.
Rainforest Distribution operates a direct-store-delivery network across the eastern United States.
