Strictly From Scratch, the Phoenix-based commercial bakery with a national wholesale reach, is launching a new lineup of sweet pastry items in 2026. The products span breakfast, dessert and special occasion categories and feature both trending ingredients and elevated takes on classic flavors.

“Part of the longevity and the fun of our business is trying out new products and evolving with the desires of our clients,” said Thomas DePaola, SVP of Strictly From Scratch.

“We love working with new, trending ingredients and elevating classic flavors. We are thrilled to introduce these wholesale products that we hope will find a home in kitchens all over the country.”

The new offerings include Croissant Danish Muffins, an entirely new product available in multiple fruit and cheese combinations including blueberry, strawberry, lemon, cherry and raspberry. The bakery is also tapping into the ube trend with two items – an Ube Cream Cheese Danish and an Ube Cream Cheesecake Muffin – both featuring the popular Southeast Asian yam with nutty and vanilla notes balanced against cream cheese.

Rounding out the lineup are a Carrot Cake Cinnamon Roll that merges two classic indulgences, an Irish Cream Volcano Brownie made with Baileys Irish Cream, a Lemon Raspberry Pastry Roll positioned for brunch and afternoon tea occasions, and a Strawberry Lemon Muffin built around seasonal flavors.

Founded in 1995 by Rudy DePaola, Strictly From Scratch develops and distributes bread and bakery products to major outlets nationwide. The company produces between five and eight semi-truckloads of bakery goods each week, spanning breakfast items, desserts, breads and other bakery products.
