Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has appointed Reagan Calhoun as VP and chief of staff to Chairman and CEO Troy Taylor.

Calhoun joins from The Coca-Cola Co., where she most recently served as VP of finance – marketing for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). She brings more than 20 years of experience across the Coca-Cola system spanning marketing, supply chain, finance and customer experience.

“Reagan brings a strong combination of financial leadership and operational insight that will be critical as we continue to grow and evolve our business,” Taylor said.

“Her cross-functional experience in the Coca-Cola system including marketing, supply chain and finance and her ability to translate strategy into execution will strengthen our leadership alignment and accelerate progress on our most important priorities.”

Prior to her marketing finance role, Calhoun served as NAOU VP of finance, supply chain and customer experience, where she led financial planning and management across multiple business functions.

The appointment marks a homecoming for Calhoun, who began her Coca-Cola career in Tampa.

“I’m excited to join Coke Florida at such an important time for the business. Having started my Coca-Cola career in Tampa more than two decades ago, returning now feels like a full-circle moment,” Calhoun shared. “I’m energized to support our leadership and help drive the company’s long-term vision and impact across Florida’s communities.”

Headquartered in Tampa, Coke Florida is one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the U.S., covering 47 counties across the state. The company employs more than 5,000 associates and operates 4 production facilities and 18 distribution centers. It is also one of the largest Black-owned businesses in the United States.
