Ravyx has promoted Francis Desroches to chief technology officer, overseeing customer outcome initiatives, managing strategic vendor partnerships and expanding collaboration efforts across North America.
Desroches has been with the company since 2015, joining when it operated under the SIR Solutions name.
During his tenure, he has helped build the company’s operational infrastructure, led development of the STTOR offering, secured major client wins and implemented internal technology solutions across the organization.
Rich Werneth, CEO of Ravyx, said the promotion reflects Desroches’ sustained impact on the company’s direction.
“Francis’s leadership, vision and dedication have been vital to our growth and success. We are excited to see him continue to drive innovation and deliver value in his new role as CTO,” Werneth said.
Ravyx – formerly known as STCR and SIR Solutions – provides point-of-sale and retail management solutions to independent grocery stores and regional chains. The company has more than 50 years of experience serving the grocery and retail industries.
