Ravyx has promoted Francis Desroches to chief technology officer, effective immediately. Desroches has been with the company since 2015, joining when it operated under the SIR Solutions name.
During his tenure, Desroches helped build the company’s operational infrastructure, led development of the STTOR offering, secured major client wins and implemented internal technology solutions across the organization.
Rich Werneth, CEO of Ravyx, said the promotion reflects Desroches’ sustained impact on the company’s direction. “Francis’s leadership, vision, and dedication have been vital to our growth and success. We are excited to see him continue to drive innovation and deliver value in his new role as CTO,” Werneth said.
In the CTO role, Desroches will oversee customer outcome initiatives, manage strategic vendor partnerships and expand collaboration efforts across North America.
